Wyoming Historical District of Milburn, NJ

In addition to the area's natural and convenient location, the Wyoming section of Milburn is a historical district that dates back to 1872.  The Millburn area is very old in terms of settlement. The area started off as a colonial settlement, and moved to a mill/factory area, and then a Victorian settlement.  It wasn't until 1872 that 100 acres of land were purchased by the Wyoming Land and Improvement Company that Wyoming was given its name. The Wyoming area reflects this rich American history in its culture, homes, and people.

Convenient Location

The tree-lined streets make for a pleasant view while strolling into town, the park, or school.   The Wyoming area of Millburn is less than a few blocks from parks and the Elementary School.  Also, its location is very accommodating for NYC commuters who can be seen walking to the train station. As with all of Millburn, the Wyoming section is only a 45 minute train ride into the city.
